Information for Speakers at EBEC 2026

EBEC 2026 is almost here, and we'd like to share some important information with those of you who will be giving presentations during the congress, taking place in Stockholm, Sweden, 22–27 August 2026.

Everyone should have received a confirmation regarding their registration and any hotel booking. If you have any questions about your registration or hotel reservation, please contact tuva@mkon.se

Please make sure to keep to your scheduled presentation time so that the programme runs on time. An AV technician will be available in the room before your session if you need any technical assistance. To help everything run smoothly, please submit your presentation in advance and come prepared.

Presentation Format
For all oral presentations, only digital presentations will be accepted.

Please prepare your presentation in Microsoft PowerPoint using the 16:9 widescreen format. If your presentation includes videos, they must be embedded in the PowerPoint file, not linked externally.

Each session room is equipped with a projector, and the presentation computer has Microsoft PowerPoint installed. Please use the standard fonts included in Microsoft Office. If you use any non-standard fonts, please include the font files separately when submitting your presentation.

Presentation Submission
We ask all speakers to submit their presentations in advance. Please upload your presentation no later than the day before your scheduled presentation. If your presentation includes external video files, please upload them together with your presentation in the same folder.
