Welcome to register for EBEC 2026

Included in the registration fee:
- Five lunches (Aug 23-27) and all coffees
- Welcome reception (Aug 22)
- City hall reception (Aug 27)
- All 5 days at the congress

Optional (not included)
Banquet dinner at Vasa museum (Aug 24) - 750 SEK

OECD
The registration fee varies depending on county, according to the OECD classification. Please check which category your country belongs to (e.g. lower income, lower middle income, etc.) via the OECD DAC list

All social activities will be available for booking on your personal page at a later stage, which you will gain access to once your registration is complete.


All registration fees shall be paid before the conference starts.

If you choose to pay by invoice, please note that our invoices are issued manually and may take some time to reach you.

All fees are shown in SEK excluding Swedish VAT.

1 000 SEK is approximately 90 EUR (as of December 2025)

Students (undergraduate, postgraduate and PhD students) need to upload a full proof of their status during the registration process. Accepted documents: i.e. a scanned copy of their current student card and/or a letter from a Professor or Head of Department (including contact details) to confirm the student status at the time of the conference. Postdoctoral research fellows are NOT entitled to receive the reduced student fee.

Abstract

Length: The abstract (excluding authors, author affiliations, title and references) should not exceed 400 words. 
Please do not include tables or figures.

The abstract must be submitted at the time of registration. Abstracts cannot be uploaded afterwards.
